Double Cadbury Chocolate Muffin

I love eating muffins as much as making them. My boredom baking usually starts with a basic muffin recipe – just as it did earlier this week. This time I wanted to jazz up the dough with some chocolate so I created a delicious Double Chocolate Muffin ft. Cadbury cocoa powder and milk chocolate bar.


  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3/4 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Cadbury cocoa powder (or any other)
  • 1 Cadbury milk chocolate bar (or any other, even flavoured ones)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 15 grams baking powder
  • 15 ml vanilla
  • 1 piece of egg

To make it: mix the dry ingredients first (except the cocoa powder), then slowly add a oil, the milk, the egg and the vanilla. Mix well. Add the cocoa powder and the chocolate bits in the end, mix well into the dough. Use a muffin tray to bake it for about 25 mins on 180 degrees.

Wait until it cools down, but having it whilst it’s still a bit warm and the chocolate is melting inside is the absolute best. Enjoy x
